All about you We need someone who can hit the ground running, so you must have contact centre experience in a problem solving and investigative role preferably from central/local government or a utility company environment.
If you're a professional with great written and verbal communication skills, we want to hear from you.
You'll need to show us that you're a fantastic problem solver and can work with a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office products.
