As a Contact Centre Consultant at RealNZ, you will be the go-to person for telephone, webchat, and email enquiries from guests and agents. Your expertise in providing exceptional service will be essential in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our valued customers. This role is based in Queenstown, therefore candidates must be based in Queenstown to be considered.

Previous reservations experience is highly desirable.
