- **Feedback Collection:** Gather and report customer feedback to improve service delivery and strengthen customer relationships.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve operational goals and enhance customer service experiences.

### Requirements: **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
- Proficiency in computer applications and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
