We are currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team in a remote capacity.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and possess a strong capability in planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
### Responsibilities - **Customer Interaction:** Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exemplary service and support related to D.R.
Horton properties and services.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer comprehensive solutions in a timely manner.
- **Database Management:** Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are properly logged and tracked for future reference.
- **Information Dissemination:** Educate customers on the various homebuilding options, features, and financing solutions available through D.R.
Horton, tailoring information to meet individual needs.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns using critical thinking skills.
Proactively follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and management to share insights and solutions for improving customer service operations and processes.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, ensuring alignment with D.R.
Horton's best practices and policies.
- **Quality Assurance:** Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all communications, ensuring D.R.
Horton's reputation remains exceptional.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service delivery and influence changes where necessary.
### Requirements - **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role, preferably in a homebuilding or real estate environment.
- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Soft Skills:** - **Planning:** Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.
- **Critical Thinking:** Strong analytical skills to assess situations, identify potential solutions, and implement decisions accordingly.
