- **Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a cohesive workflow and uninterrupted customer service.

**Requirements:** - **Education:** - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- **Experience:** - No formal experience required, but any previous customer service or call center experience is beneficial.
