Job Description: Sunfed Meats is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our fast-growing team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, and returns.3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.6. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality and customer satisfaction.7. Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3.
