PwC New Zealand is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Delivery Lead to join our dynamic Customer Transformation team in either Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland.
You will bring your knowledge and assist in solving the most important problems for our clients.
You will take a holistic view of transformation, integrating strategy and operations to increase productivity and growth.
Key responsibilities of this role include: Lead the functional design, implementation, and optimisation of Salesforce Core solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Manage the delivery process, including timelines, resources, budget and quality assurance to ensure successful outcomes.Creation of contracts, and deliver in line with contractual obligations and requirements.Ensure all PwC processes and Risk activities are completed according to PwC Global and Local standards.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations and solutions.Build long lasting client and team relationships.Provide strategic guidance and best practices to ensure system integrity and operational effectiveness.Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.Nga pukenga kei a koe / Skills and experience Strong experience in CRM solutions or project management.Excellent experience with Salesforce platforms like Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is essential.Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration, and functional configuration.Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Involvement in Salesforce implementation projects that have been longer than 6 months.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to communicate technical concepts in plain English to clients and colleagues.Ability to travel within New Zealand as needed.Customer-friendly attitude with a focus on building strong client relationships.Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Nga ahuatanga hirahira o te mahi ki PwC / Highlights of working at PwC NZ Unrivalled level of access to industry expertise, both locally and through our wider global network of member firms, where you'll be enabled by cutting-edge technology.A cash contribution to enable you to set up your home work space.
