HR Advisor Position at Portacom New Zealand Ltd Join one of New Zealand's best-known and most well-loved media/news businesses as an HR Advisor. This is a permanent role based in Auckland, Wellington, or Christchurch.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive transformative change initiatives that future-proof our business.
Provide support to HR Advisors, Consultants, and Business Partners.
Partner closely with Executive and Management teams to lead and implement HR projects.
Coach, guide, and advise key contacts on a broad range of HR issues.
Lead key organisational change projects using expertise in organisational design.
Qualifications:
Passionate HR professional with a sound understanding of all things HR.
Ability to work in a flexible and hybrid working environment.
