Nau mai, haere mai ki Te Whatu Ora – Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley District Contract: Permanent, Full Time (1 FTE)
The Team Leader is responsible for articulating and driving the direction and goals of the service, ensuring that these objectives are reflected in team and individual plans.
This role involves effective communication of goals, establishment of development processes, and active succession planning to support leadership growth within the team.
Consult Liaison is a disciplinary team based at Wellington Hospital and Hutt Valley Hospitals.
The team is comprised of psychiatrists, psychiatric registrars, a psychologist, psychologist interns, nurses, and administration staff.
Consult Liaison provides support, education, and advice to treating teams within Wellington hospital.
Consult Liaison also provides assessment and treatment to patients requiring urgent Mental Health care whilst experiencing an episode of physical illness.
