Mo te turanga / About the role Work alongside a small supportive and competent team of consultant Radiologists and radiology support staff. Requests for part time and flexible working will be considered. We are flexible for candidates wanting to work across both public and private settings.
Imaging provided in most modalities via:
GE Apex Elite CT and Canon Aquilion Prime CT
1.5T Siemens Magnetom Aera MRI
Siemens Artis Zee C-arm fluoroscopy suite
GE Logic E10 ultrasound units
Teleradiology service covers overnight on call
Home reporting available for evening on call
Healthy department quality/audit/ peer review and teaching activities
Opportunity to work in private practice
Minimum Requirements:
Hold FRANZCR/FRCR/ACR Board certification or equivalent
Be eligible for specialist registration or be within three months of obtaining it
Be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand

$142,000 to $267,980 pro-rated to hours worked plus Senior Medical Officer allowances.
