Consultant Project Manager

About the role:
Are you looking for a consultant PM role where you can get going and deliver projects? Seeking a consultant PM who's eager to tackle construction projects between $3-$10 million head on, across the new build commercial, residential & fit out sectors. You'll dive into delivering both challenging and interesting construction packages alongside top-notch clients.
About you:

A background across construction project management
Ideally buildings, mix use developments or apartments or similar project experience up to $10 million
Good understanding of construction contracts, NZS3910
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or engineering (or similar)
Prior consultancy experience
