Consultant Paediatric Dentist at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Hutt Valley, Lower Hutt Nau mai, haere mai ki Te Whatu Ora - Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley DistrictLocation: Based atHutt Hospital, Lower Hutt - may be required to work in hospitals across the district.Service: Dental and Oral HealthWe are looking for Specialist Paediatric Dentist with recent dental experience in a hospital setting and with a post-graduate specialist paediatric qualification.Thisrole will provide high quality paediatric dentistry care in clinic and intheatre for those who require hospital dentistry, the majority of whom aretreated as a day cases or clinic appointments.The Paediatric Dentistry team provides comprehensive preventiveand therapeutic oral health care for infants and children through adolescence,including those with special health care needs. This encompasses all dentalcare and may include management of caries, periodontal disease, trauma and/orgrowth problems and dentition and occlusal development.
