Te Whatu Ora Wairararapa provides comprehensive health services throughout the Wairarapa District, and its base is the Wairarapa Hospital in Masterton.
The current hospital is 10 years old and supplies a range of core services to this community including general and orthopaedic surgery, general medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics and mental health services.
Wairarapa Hospital is based in Masterton, and is within two hours from both Hutt Hospital and Wellington Hospital.
This is a full time position, working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), although part time hours will be considered. Applicants must be eligible for Vocational registration with the New Zealand Medical Council.
