This role ensures we deliver value to our customers and internal stakeholders through the delivery of high-quality ITSCM and/or BCM Services, with the goal of IT Service Continuity readiness aligned with the customers Business Continuity requirements. Note this is a contractor position What you'll do Leading the Disaster Recovery work in assessing, advising, and communicating recovery environment requirements and plans. Ensuring Disaster Recovery plans align with relevant legislation, appropriate standards and business requirements. Maintaining monthly status reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, and Disaster Recovery documentation. Representing the ITSCM and/or BCM service on behalf of Datacom to customers. Delivering high quality ITSCM and/or BCM services ensuring compliance with Datacoms relevant policies, processes and procedures. Ensuring all stakeholders adhere to the relevant processes in line with customer requirements and good practices. What you'll bring Good understanding of broad business and technology matters. A strong knowledge of relevant legislation and good practice guidelines. Broad knowledge of information communication technology, operating systems, databases and networking. An understanding of the various aspects of the disaster recovery position that apply to all types of computer systems and business applications. Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Ability to network and develop productive relationships with customers, stakeholders and suppliers. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
