We have an exciting opportunity for two Construction Workers to join our hardworking team in Auckland.

We're looking for skilled and motivated construction workers to join our growing team.
About the role - Construction Worker As a Construction Worker, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
You will work alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards (but not limited to): Assist in the construction and renovation of buildings and other structures.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load and unload building and construction materials, tools, and equipment and transporting them around building sites.
Remov e, fill, or compact earth and following instructions from the site supervisor or senior technicians.
Perform routine tasks in erecting and repairing structures and facilities on building and construction site.
Perform site tidy-up.
Operat e and car e for construction equipment and machines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Qualification, Experience and Attributes Required No qualification required.
At least 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred.
A New Zealand full drivers licence is required.
A pre-employment drug test is required.
A Ministry of Justice check is required.
Relevant certificates/qualifications preferable e.g.
first aid certificate.
Working at heights experience preferable.
Good level of physical fitness to cope with the demands of the job.
Punctual, organised and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Pay and Benefits Full time permanent employment.
Minimum of 30 hours/week guaranteed.
Pate rate ranges between $29.66-$31.00 per hour.
