Construction Supervisor

Some role responsibilities would include: ·         Review and approve project plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations under the supervision of manager ·         Interpret plans, regulations and codes of practice ·         Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion ·         Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns ·         Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process ·         Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports ·         Work with Site Managers, Architects, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met ·         Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders ·         Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes Preferred Skills and Experience: ·         Relevant Diploma or higher qualification, majoring in construction, civil engineering or other relevant areas OR ·         At least three years' relevant work experience ·         Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations ·         Excellent organizational and time management skills ·         Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities ·         Strong leadership and interpersonal skills ·         Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines If you think this role sounds like you, please use this platform to apply and submit your CV (PDF) and Cover Letter (PDF).
