In this role you will promote Sika's technologies and capabilities to engineers, architects, construction companies and specialist applicators.In your new role you will be based in the Auckland region however some overnight travel may be required within the Upper North Island.On a daily basis you will beHunting new business and developing opportunities in line with our company strategiesManaging new and existing accountsWorking with architects and designers to create system specificationsNegotiating sales and developing strong relationships in related industriesResponding to customer enquiries leading to providing quotations and specificationsAttending trade events and seminars where appropriateQualificationsAs the successful candidate you willBe a strong hunter with a proven record in sales developmentBe familiar with the specification processes of the construction industryHave sales experience in a construction related industryHave sales experience in the resin flooring or waterproof membrane industries would be advantageousHave excellent relationship building skillsHave strong negotiation skills with the ability to compete on areas other than priceBe able to work autonomously where requiredHave strong written and oral communication skillsBe computer literate with the ability to use email, word and basic excelAdditional InformationWhat we will provideSika is a well-regarded employer and offers many benefits to a potential employee.
