They focus on delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects while prioritizing environmental responsibility and efficiency.At present, we are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor / Manager with assertive personality, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:Oversee & Manage All Aspects Of The Construction Site, Prioritizing Safety, Quality, Schedule, & Budget.Monitor Work Progress, Ensuring Adherence To High Standards & Safety Procedures.Supervise & Coordinate Subcontractors, Suppliers & On-site Workers.Liaise With The Project Management Team To Achieve Project Objectives.Maintain Accurate Records Of Site Activities, Including Daily Logs & Progress Reports.The successful candidate must have a Full driver's license and Trade Qualification in Carpentry & Master Builders certification with Site Safe & full carpentry tools.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test MOJ & Medical if required.
Prior experience is an advantage.
