Construction Site Manager

This mid-size contractor is working across a number of industry sectors and is currently looking to recruit a site manager due to success in being awarded projects. They have key clients across main works – retail, warehousing, new build apartments, retirement villages, schools, sporting and recreation, office blocks, and interiors/refurbishments/heritage. Staff welfare is a high priority and career growth is well managed through regular performance reviews and hands-on involvement by the directors.

This role would see you being put on one of their commercial build projects about to commence in the new year.

Key Responsibilities:Coordinating subcontractors and tradesOrganising relevant materials, equipment, and accessOSHManaging day-to-day site activitiesLeading from the front Key background for this role:General site management experience of 8+ years across concrete, structures, and commercial projects over at least $3MAbility to lead and be assertiveWell-developed computer skills in program management; training can be providedEnergy and driveHealth and safety awarenessIdeally trade qualified, but experience is most critical Remuneration: $130K - $140K + vehicle, pending experience.
