Construction Project Manager

As the Project Manager at Arco Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery. You'll work closely with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly while managing client relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring excellent outcomes for productivity, cost, and quality. Coordinate with Site Managers and subcontractors. Manage client relationships, provide weekly reports, and oversee project timelines. Handle pricing for variations, progress claims, subcontractor claims, and invoice approvals. Ensure all sites comply with Health & Safety regulations. Oversee financial aspects, ensuring projects operate above budget. Manage project completion tasks, including warranties, as-built drawings, and Code of Compliance documents. What We're Looking For: Proven project management experience in the construction industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor coordination. Knowledge of construction methodologies and stakeholder management.
