Our Cadet Programme is an exceptional opportunity for graduates to gain practical hands-on exposure with an industry leader. Construction Programmer Cadet As a Construction Planner Cadet, you will be mentored under the direction of an experienced Construction Planner. By undertaking assigned projects, you will learn the methodology and programme performance standards on live projects.
This role will see you involved in developing project timelines while working closely with the senior and project management teams and to our client's brief. You will be part of the team instrumental in ensuring that all project delivery deadlines are achievable, and you will be required to demonstrate your programming/planning skills. The successful candidate will hold excellent communication skills and understand the overall lifecycle management of projects.
If you are a construction graduate with an analytical focus and strong problem-solving skills, then you would be well suited to this position.
