This role will require you to oversee the works of various projects. Duties include but are not limited to:Oversee telecommunication construction projects from SAED to completionEnsure strict adherence to contract termsManage site safety and quality and adhere to legislation and client requirementsOrganise and coordinate construction activities, including site/project responsibility and employee/subcontractor managementBuild strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersManage budget responsibilities for each projectBuild a team to define and coordinate technical solutions, provide technical oversight, and handle all contractual mattersReport and track status as per contractor and RFI requirementsAbout youRelevant qualifications and industry experienceAbility to promote total job safety and environmental awareness in all projects and work activitiesUnderstanding of and experience with win strategies, pricing, and project schedulingWell-developed leadership and negotiation skillsExperience in tender and bid reviews is advantageousFully experienced in telecommunications construction projects, with proven experience managing complex and busy projectsIf you are an experienced Telco Construction Manager, then we want to hear from you.
