Construction Labourers
Seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Labourers to join a number of our clients' teams across Auckland's active sites. The sites will range from being on Civil and Infrastructure sites of national/local significance as well as Commercial and Residential Construction Sites.
These are temporary assignments; however, you will need to be prepared to work 40+ hour weeks and to work on Saturdays as required.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Once on site, you will be given multiple opportunities to showcase your skills and develop new ones. Your duties could include, but aren't limited to:
Assisting tradesmen onsite with general labouring duties
Use of basic power tools and hand tools
Operating class 1 vehicles
Following health and safety procedures
Completing various tasks as instructed by your supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 6 months experience working in the construction industry
New Zealand Class 1 Drivers License – ability to drive manual would be an advantage
Own vehicle to get to and from site
Be physically fit and okay with working in all types of weather.
Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Screen and Ministry of Justice check.
