Construction Foreman

Who we are looking for:
Candidates will have a commercial construction background in a lead carpenter or foreman capacity.
Have the enthusiasm and tenacity to drive projects at the highest standard.
A proven track record working on small to medium sized projects will be desired.
Exposure to working on a range of construction projects from $2m to $20m, with a successful performance record of running site teams and delivery excellence on projects.
A minimum of 2-4 years foreman experience.
Strong focus on planning and working to the programme at hand.
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies.
Passion for health and safety and providing strong leadership and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Strong people and leadership skills with the ability to positively manage complex relationships.
A relevant trade or tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
