Construction Design Manager

Therefore, we are currently recruiting another design manager who has the skill sets and ambitions to make a difference in this construction market.
To be part of this successful team you will need:
Relevant qualifications
At least 5 years experience since graduation
Solid portfolio of projects in New Zealand or overseas
Commercial build experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Financially aware of a project's cost and performance
Strong ability to work through problems
The ability to focus on the bigger picture and the end product
