Construction Assistant / Labourer

Jennian Homes Manawatu is seeking an energetic and task-focused Construction Assistant to help our construction teams with general activities. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the building industry with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.In this role you will be responsible for:Assisting carpenters with building requirementsSetting up new sites and ensuring sites are clean and tidyAttending to ad hoc jobs as required to meet project timelinesAssisting with small deliveriesTo be successful you'll need to have:A hands-on, safety conscious approachA reasonable level of fitnessAn organised and reliable work ethicA current NZ Drivers' licenceThis is a full-time role of 40 hours per week with actual hours worked to be agreed with the successful applicant.
