As Construction Administrator, you will be the glue that keeps our entire team and systems highly organised and running smoothly, which helps everyone to do their job better and deliver our client-driven brand.
Responsibilities:
Health and Safety Compliance - Coordinate and maintain compliance on our H&S management system.
Inspections - Complete regular on-site H&S inspections or work with our H&S provider (HazardCo) to complete these, and be the key liaison between them and our team.
System improvements - Develop and implement new and better ways of working.
Construction Support Construction support - Actively participate in weekly meetings, work with the Site Supervisors to keep up to date with the schedule, consents, remedials and other support as needed, be the point of contact for construction (trades, suppliers, clients), manage our pre-handover and post-handover system with the relevant people.
Council consents - Work closely with our draftsmen to ensure the consenting process is efficient and issues are promptly resolved.
Code of Compliance Certificates - Collate, submit and track CCC documentation (i.e. certifications) with the relevant Council, keep the team up to date with progress and be our point of contact for CCC.
Training - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
