As a Conduct Insights Manager, you will take ownership of a suite of reporting for the Fair Conduct Programme and convert it into timely and relevant insights.
You will collaborate with the Risk Insights team to provide a comprehensive view of conduct-related metrics.
Additionally, you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the drivers behind the data and passionately work to uncover the story it's telling us.
You will document data definitions and procedures, ensuring high-quality data in partnership with ASB Data Stewards, and you will also be responsible for engaging throughout ASB to gather the necessary data essential for investigating customer outcome concerns.
Key Responsibilities: Ownership of reporting for the Fair Conduct Programme.Collaboration with the Risk Insights team.Documentation of data definitions and procedures.Engaging with stakeholders to gather necessary data.To be successful in the role, you will have: 7+ years of relevant experience in insights, analytics, or reporting, preferably within the banking sector.A strong understanding of data visualization principles.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all organizational levels.Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.An excellent understanding of data quality and governance.The ability to work independently to achieve goals.More than this, the key attribute that will set you apart is your relentless curiosity and a strong value set that drives you to focus on treating customers fairly.
