Concreter/Formworker - Immediate Start

Our CBD client is looking for Concreters to start ASAP on an exciting Auckland project.

Responsibilities: Ensure work is carried out in a safe, professional manner. Follow instructions from Team Leader. Work 100% on site. Use materials efficiently. Ensure work area is tidy and safe. Skills and Experience: 3 years or more construction experience working with concrete or formwork. Ability to operate plant and power tools correctly; daily plant/power tool checks are required. Work in alignment with leading hand to deliver tasks and meet project targets. Contribute to team productivity and add value. Participate in Morning Team Briefing (pre-start) and Weekly Toolbox Talks. Maintain good relations with teammates. Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements relating to regulatory and industry standards. Able to problem solve and collaborate with other team members. Desirable Qualifications: Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certification. Current Confined Space Training. Current Working at Heights Training. NZQA unit standard 30072 - Demonstrate Knowledge of Slinging Regular Loads. NZQA unit standard 3789 for basic load.
