We are currently seeking a skilled Concrete Repairs Supervisor to join our dynamic team, with the potential for growth into a Contracts Manager position.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage concrete repair projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.Lead a team of skilled workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and address any issues.Conduct site inspections to assess work quality, safety standards, and compliance with regulations.Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, costs, and resource allocation.Assist in the development of project proposals and bids for new work Qualifications: Proven experience in concrete repair and supervision, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong organizational and communication abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
