Concrete Pump Operators Wanted
About the Role:
Join a growing construction company in Christchurch! We're looking for skilled or entry-level Concrete Pump Operators to join a dynamic team. Whether experienced or new to the field, you'll get full training to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to high-quality projects.

Positions Available: Concrete Line Pump Operator Class 2 License Required
You'll manage the setup and operation of line pumps at various sites and work closely with site managers to deliver precise concrete pours.Concrete Boom Pump Operator Class 4 License Required
Operate boom pumps for larger, more complex projects. You'll work on varied and high-profile construction sites across Christchurch.Key Responsibilities: Drive and Operate Concrete Pump Trucks: Transport and operate pump trucks, set up equipment, and deliver precise pours.Maintain Equipment: Perform cleaning, repairs, and maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.Problem-Solving on Site: Adjust to each site, troubleshooting any pump issues.Flexibility: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays to meet project deadlines.Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with site supervisors and other operators to ensure smooth operations.What You'll Bring: Effective Communication: Coordinate with site teams and clients for smooth and efficient concrete delivery.Health and Safety Focus: Follow all safety protocols in line with New Zealand's industry standards.Problem-Solving Skills: Adapt quickly to changing site conditions and challenges.Physical Fitness: Handle equipment setup and work in physically demanding environments.Self-Motivation and Reliability: Work independently, taking pride in high-quality work and meeting deadlines.What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Earn $30–$34 per hour based on experience and qualifications.Comprehensive Training: Whether new or experienced, you'll receive all necessary training.Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement into higher responsibility roles.Stable, Ongoing Work: Regular, reliable projects ensure consistent employment.Supportive Environment: Join a professional, friendly team committed to excellence.Additional Requirements: Pre-Employment Testing: Pass a medical check and drug/alcohol screening.Eligibility: Must have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.Why Join Us?
