Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter with 3-5 years working formwork / ConcreteProficiency in using carpentry tools and equipmentStrong understanding of construction methods and materialsAbility to read construction and structural drawingsAttention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsPhysical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditionsAdhere to safety regulations and proceduresCollaborate with team members and other tradesYour ability to inspire, lead, and create a positive culture will be key to your success.
