Concierge - Auto Dealership

Position Type: Temporary (Minimum 3 months, with potential for long-term)
Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hourly Rate: $25

They are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Concierge. The Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for their customers, ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or needsServe tea/coffee to customers while they wait and ensure refreshment area is well-maintainedLiaise with the sales team to hand over customers and facilitate a smooth transitionCheck in cars for service appointments and maintain accurate recordsCreate and process purchase orders (POs) as neededKeep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all timesMonitor and replenish stock levels of stationery and kitchen itemsAssist with various administrative tasks as requiredQualifications: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanourAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plusPrevious administrative experience is desirable but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompetitive hourly rateImmediate StartOpportunity for growth with a friendly and supportive team If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we would love to hear from you!
