Process Worker - Compounding Assistant This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Christchurch Compounding Team on a Permanent basis.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference and doing something that really matters - is a great team player, flexible, adaptable with a positive attitude.
Our site operational hours are from 08:00 am to 17:30 pm and there will be two shifts available in between those times (08:00 am to 16:30 pm and 09:00 am to 17:30 pm).
The main purpose of this role is to support efficient and accurate production of Baxter Healthcare's compounded products.
Candidates who are looking to start their career in pharmaceuticals are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided, no prior experience is required. Duties & Responsibilities: Picking and preparing raw materialsLabelling, inspection and sealing of compounded productsPacking of finished units for each order including final inspection of products.Labelling and dispatching of prepared products.Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumablesEnsuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).Adhering to Baxter's Standard Operating ProceduresOther duties as requiredTo be considered you will be able to show the following: Experience in Healthcare, manufacturing or warehousing would be advantageousDemonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematicsBe able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingBe able to use computer systemsCollaborating effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals in a fast-paced environmentHave good attention to detailWillingness to learn new skillsExecuting repetitive results in a consistent and accurate mannerProviding assistance in environments with defined procedures and protocolsAdapting to shift work schedules as neededKnowledge of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environmentNote: Training/orientation will require flexibility for approx.
