Compliance & Systems Lead

Job DescriptionThis role will act as the compliance support for the site.
The person in this role will be responsible for driving internal and external audits, performance monitoring, and HACCP reviews on the site.
Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities: Drive internal and external site audits.Responsible for daily walk-throughs, golden rules, and scheduling of internal audits.Support the Lead with risk assessments & HACCP reviews.Participate and drive regulatory and customer audits.Provide support with auditing the prerequisite standards.Drive the close-out of internal and external audits.Work with cross-functional teams (CI, EHS, Maintenance, and Engineering) to maintain site internal compliance.About you: FMCG experience desirable.Degree in science.Understanding of HACCP, FCP (Food Control Plan), and MPI requirements.Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to take ownership and be accountable for the site internal/external compliance.Benefits: Access to our onsite store, where you can purchase Watties products at discounted prices.Wellbeing, annual health checks, and flu shots plus onsite wellbeing sessions and webinars.Volunteering, volunteer days with Foodbank - meal packing events for our Global partner Rise Against Hunger.Parental Leave, 12 weeks paid parental leave for primary caregivers.Please note - the Recruitment team is away over the Christmas break.
