We are looking for a enthusiastic individual with a can do attitude to support a large government organisation within Auckland, a great opportunity to utilise your experience and further your skills!January 6th start date for 4 weeksAuckland CBD based$34 per hour + 8% Holiday payDays/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm in the office.Day to day responsibilities:Undertake proactive compliance projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Specialist as directed.Contribute to the design and implementation of compliance projects to address desired outcomes.Work proactively with customers and key stakeholders using empathy, professional and balanced judgments to resolve issues at the earliest possible interaction.Manage conflict situations promptly and fairly, keeping the customer and stakeholders informed throughout the process of their rights and legalProvide guidance and education to assist customers to achieve compliance.Communicate to affected parties on what is required and potential consequences for non-action.About You:Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsStrong networking and relationship-building skillsHigh level of initiative and problem-solving skillsMadison Recruitment was founded in 1998 to do business differently in the recruitment industry.Our underlying premise was simply, "to be good to do business with".
