To support this, the Quality & Safety Team have a vacancy for a Compliance Specialist to join the team.This role will be based in Nelson and will sit within the existing Quality team. This is a great opportunity to be at the leading edge of shaping our quality & safety culture.In this role you will work with and provide specialist advice to business leaders on how to improve processes to achieve best practice for safe and compliant operations and advise and facilitate risk management plans for the business on behalf of the Quality & Safety Team.You will also:Review and interpret civil aviation rules, regulations, and standards. Where interpretation is subjective, develop reasonable views of possible interpretations and participate in discussions and decision making.
