Compliance Manager

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team, who is keen to uphold our standards in Food Safety and Health & Safety.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all food safety policies, food control plans, and practices are adhered to at a compliance level and continuously improved.Ensure all Health & Safety policies, regulations, and requirements are always implemented as per program.Maintain accurate records and manage in-store audits for both food safety and Health & Safety.Lead all external audits and work alongside team members in their departments, conducting training sessions as required for both Food Safety and Health & Safety.Required Qualities:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Highly motivated and able to lead & work collaboratively with the team.Excellent understanding of Health and Safety and Food Safety.High attention to detail.Training qualifications: Train the Trainer/HACCP training - Unit standard 4098, and unit standards 167, 168, and 497.We are a fun, supportive team at Pak n 'Save Clendon.
