Compliance Manager

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Compliance Manager to join our team, who is keen to live up to our awesome standards in Food Safety and Health & Safety.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all food safety policies, food control plan and practices are adhered to compliance level and continuously improving.Ensure all Health & Safety policies, regulations and requirements are always implemented as per program.Maintain accurate records and manage instore audits for both food safety and Health & Safety.Lead all external audits and work alongside team members in their departments and conduct training sessions as required for both Food Safety and Health & Safety.Due to the importance of the role, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Highly motivated and able to lead & work collaboratively with the team.Excellent understanding of Health and Safety and Food Safety.High attention to detail.Train the trainer/HACCP training - Unit standard 4098, and unit standards 167, 168 and 497.We are a fun supportive team here at Pak n 'Save Clendon.
