Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Compliance Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Rotorua.

Qualifications About you As an ideal candidate you will have: Relevant tertiary qualification in business administration and/or logistics. Proven experience in a health and safety advisory role. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices. Proven leadership, people management, and team working skills. Moderate experience within the transport/waste/logistics and recycling industries is desirable. Exemplary communication skills and the ability to deal at all organisational levels. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; reasonably developed mechanical aptitude desirable. Current New Zealand driver's licence. To succeed, you will have your direct report support team and a wider operational team that includes office administration, supervisors, and a mix of company and contracted operators.
