What we offer: Fixed Term contract for 5 months Excellent team culture Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskilling What you will do: Coordinating the compliance process Ensuring that the Wormald compliance processes are adhered to and the issuing of 12A certificates & Building warrants are prepared and submitted to independent qualified people (IQP) for approval Customer service requests coordination (from initiation to completion) How you will do it: Be a champion for the compliance team and its continuous processes within Wormald Ensure all activities to be consistent with desired business outcomes and agreed processes. Instigate actions to address any issues detected. Ensure the production and distribution of 12A & BWOF certificates highlighting potential issues for supervisor/management attention Interact with business managers and supervisors to ensure testing routines and results are completed What we look for: With experience in the building services industry With administrative work experience Knowledge of Building Act and compliance requirements Working knowledge of Astea and Pronto systems preferred Please note pre-employment checks – including reference checks, medical, criminal record check, and drug & alcohol testing – will form part of the eligibility process.
