Naylor Lawrence & Associates – Manawatu County We are a multi-talented and experienced team with offices in Palmerston North, Feilding and Dannevirke and are looking for an experienced Administrator to manage our Company and Trust Administration services for our clients.

This is an administrative role, involving the creation, collation and maintenance of Company and Trust related documents and is best suited to a legal executive or someone with a background or interest in Trust and Company administration.
25 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday; hours can be flexible.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer the Company Administration and Trust Administration services Be the main point of contact for clients regarding Company and Trust Administration Prepare and maintain all client files Set up and administer Companies with the NZ Companies Office Filing annual returns Experience and Attributes Legal or prior Company and Trust Administration experience required Strong computer skills particularly in MS Office Suite Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently with flexibility and initiative A sense of humour will see you fit in well The final remuneration package will reflect the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
