Job description Community Support Worker
We are looking to recruit Community Support Workers for the following:

Part-time Overnight Supports between 8pm and 8am
Casual Support Workers

Our work is undertaken alongside disabled people, their family/whanau, and supports the individual's needs in a person-directed, creative way, making a difference in the community.

The ability to relate well to a diverse range of people.
Experience supporting disabled people would be a distinct advantage.
Strong connections to the community.
The ability to work independently, but also in a team environment.
A willingness to work with people we support to achieve their goals.
On-the-job learning, ongoing support to achieve L3 and L4 Health and Wellbeing Certificates.
