Our starting rate is $24.78 an hour and increases to $29.10 after completing your Career Force Level 4 qualification with us, which is on job-based training. We offer a lot of training which ensures you have the skills to be the best support person within Pact.Key ResponsibilitiesYour days may vary, but will consist of:Engaging with clients.Setting and achieving individual personal goalsSupporting them with activities of daily livingEnsuring support with medication and considering client needsSupporting clients with personal hygieneActivities within the communitySupporting social and whanau connectionMotivating clients to know they have a purposeEnsuring client processes are accurately documentedMost importantly supporting them to have fun and live fulfilling livesWe are looking for someone who follows the company's values of being Vibrant, Innovative, Supportive and Professional…. We have longevity within our teams, and the ability to move around services or departments.Part-time position at present shifts are Sunday to TuesdayAs we operate 24/7, hours of work will include day, evening, weekend, awake night and sleepover shifts.Desired Skills and Experience No qualifications are needed, however, there will be an expectation that you will be willing to work towards a Level 4 in Health & Disability.
