The CSW is required to participate in support and needs assessment, goal setting, and risk management.
The role also involves collaboratively working with the whanau/family as well as working under the multi-disciplinary framework with the Community Mental Health Centres. You will attend regular clinical review meetings with mental health clinicians and other professionals.

We are looking for individuals who share our values and has commitment and passion for supporting people in their communities. You will also:
Hold a clean full NZ driver's license.Hold the New Zealand Level 4 Certificate in Health and Well-being (or recognised equivalent) or be willing to commence study towards this qualification within 6 months of employment.Have excellent communication, interpersonal and advocacy skills.Strong technology skills; must be experienced in using Microsoft Office products and familiar with databasesHave the ability to work individually and collaboratively under a multi-disciplinary settingHave a sound knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and be able to demonstrate bicultural concepts in practice, or willingness to learnNZ resident or a valid NZ work visaIf you speak Te Reo Maori it is bonus!An interest in Maori and Pasifika people's customs and cultural normsApply now if you have a genuine passion for helping others, and want to be part of a supportive and engaging team.
