This role is based near the hospital.We're looking for someone kind and empathic to support 3 young women in their 20s, who have limited mobility when out and about.We'll need someone who can keep up and engage them in music, baking, and other sensory activities. They are busy bees with high energy. We're looking for someone who is great at interaction—using your expressions and voice to connect, someone who will play, and someone to take them to the swimming pool.They do need support with eating, showering, and continence, etc. If that's new to you, don't worry; everyone has to start somewhere, and you would be part of a supportive team.
