Community Support Worker (New Plymouth/Taranaki)

We are looking for dynamic, energetic and conscientious individuals that can support our clients living with complex injuries/disabilities within their own homes.The rewarding role of a Community Support Worker includes (but not limited to):Assisting clients with personal cares, home help, shopping assistance, and meal preparations- Supporting exercise programmes- Moving and handling using hoists and manual transfers- Assisting clients to access the communityDays of Work: As this is community-based work, rotating rosters would be involved including am, pm and weekend work.
