Community Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled community support worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities in different locations.Responsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingAdminister medications and provide assistance with medical equipment as neededPrepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferencesProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsPerform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizingMonitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionalsTransport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities in different locationsAdhere to all safety and infection control protocolsQualifications:Minimum of 6 months of experience as a caregiver or similar roleValid driver's license and reliable transportationWillingness to travel and work in different locationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical ability to lift and transfer clients, as neededCPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Must pass a background check and drug screeningJob Type: Full-timePay: From $23.15 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAfternoon shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftSupplementary Pay:BonusOvertime payPerformance bonus
