Community Support Worker - Central Auckland Part Time, 10 hours
Salary: $23.38 - $29.10 per hour
Location: Westmere, Auckland
This role is supporting a young woman transitioning from school to Unitec next year. We are looking for someone who is charismatic, outgoing, and fun to keep up with her vibrant nature! This young woman needs support learning how to use the bus and understand personal safety while in the community. She would like to visit the mall, art galleries, and have fun in her support.
In Supported Independent Living, we provide services for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities within their own homes and out into their community. We provide 1:1 support which consists of a range of hours between 6am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.
As a Community Support Worker, you will take on dynamic tasks that depend on the needs and dreams of each person. You will provide assistance with daily activities such as community participation, socializing, work or education, personal cares, and domestic chores, as well as responsibility for reporting and administration.

If you are a non-resident applying for this role you must meet the following INZ Level 3 skill requirements to be considered:
