About the role:
Community Sales Manager's purpose is to manage, improve, and grow relationships in the coworking space to keep a harmonious environment, create member-to-member and member-to-partner connections, and create a "stickiness factor" to keep our members keep coming back. You will help us nurture and support our customers and centre teams at a Centre level. Overseeing and supporting the overall daily operations of a centre you'll be contributing to the growth and success of your customers, helping them to use flexible working to enhance their productivity.
Responsibilities:
As a Community Sales Manager,  you'll own customer experience and operations in your centre. You'll be a daily point of contact in one of our business centres and an integral part of delivering the best customer experience. Whether they're staying for an hour or many years, our customers all come with different needs
Build effective relationships with new and existing customers
Work as part of a team to give our community everything they need.
Create a great 'Vibe' and exceptional experiences at every interaction
Hosting events to develop your community
Own and Care for your centre - ensure it is always the professional and inspiring work environment our community requires;
Drive profitability of our centres through supporting sales or additional services and ancillary income.
Train, manage and mentor community teams to be the best they can be.
Lead by example through every interaction.
